She was inducted into the Dallas ISD Hall of Fame in 2018 but Fran's history of success on and off the court started long before she became an international business coach or television host. She made history in 1997 when she played on the Houston Comets’ -- and the WNBA's -- first WNBA championship team. Playing for Hall of Famer coach Jody Conradt, Fran and her Texas team made history when they became the NCAA's first undefeated women's national champion with a remarkable 34-0 national championship team. But even before that, Fran was just a sophomore when Gary Blair (Texas A&M coach) led Dallas South Oak Cliff high school to its third state championship with a 40-0 record in 1980.
Fran's career since basketball has been as exciting as her passion and commitment have helped thousands of small business owners create successful enterprises. She's also a real estate developer who's first sports facility is set to open in 2020. She recently launched an exciting new beverage company that also launches in 2020. Fran’s also been an ESPN announcer since 1994, is the author of 20 books and a popular business & motivational speaker whose appeared on Good Morning America, The Today Show, CNN, CNBC, MSNBC and many others. She also hosted the series, "Home Rules" on HGTV, the #1 lifestyle and home renovation network in over 100 million homes.
A former high school, club, college and professional basketball coach who also played professionally in Italy and Switzerland, Fran's vision is to turn iBall University into the world's most innovative basketball academy. #RunItBack.
